For selected LORD appliances, you can register for free for a complimentary service for 3 years, thanks to which you will receive 3 years of warranty service after the expiration of the 2-year quality warranty, for a total of 5 years of coverage.
The condition for obtaining this service is timely registration of your purchased appliance. To register the service, use exclusively the form on this page within 14 days of the appliance purchase. Warranty conditions and terms of the complimentary service can be found below after selecting your country of purchase.
You can register for complimentary service only for appliances in these product categories:
- washing machines and tumble dryers
- dishwashers
- built-in ovens
- cooking hobs
- range hoods
- microwave ovens
- combination refrigerators
- refrigerators
- freezers
Complimentary service is not provided and cannot be registered for other appliances that do not fall into the above-mentioned product categories.
