List of take-back locations for used products
We will arrange the transport of your old appliance to your vehicle and then take it away free of charge when you purchase a new appliance.
However, if you would like to take away your old refrigerator or washing machine yourself, by law we must publish a link here to the list of electronic waste collection points.
Availability of spare parts and access to repair and maintenance information
Another legal obligation requires us to provide information on "how to repair an electrical appliance" and "where to get spare parts". You can find this information below.
Please note, however, that by repairing outside an authorized service center, you lose the warranty. Our fast service is available to you free of charge for five years, so it is better to contact them.
Registration of professional repair shops
Last but not least, the law imposes an obligation on all manufacturers of electrical appliances to allow other companies to become their authorized repairers if they meet the conditions.
